The scope of the service is determined by the nature of the business, monthly turnover, volume of accounting documentation, VAT registration status, number of employees, international transactions, dealings with overseas counterparties, assets held, loans and leases, as well as other specific characteristics of the company. The service may include: 1. Ongoing bookkeeping and processing of accounting documents; 2. Processing of purchase and sales transactions, bank transactions and cash transactions; 3. VAT compliance, preparation and submission of VAT returns and VIES declarations, where applicable; 4. Tax compliance and tax advisory services; 5. Payroll, salary administration and social security administration; 6. Accounting for assets, loans and leases; 7. Support with transactions involving customers and suppliers in the EU and third countries; 8. Year-end accounting procedures and preparation of annual financial statements; 9. Preparation and submission of annual tax returns and other required statements and reports. When applying for the service, you will be asked to provide basic information about the company and its business activities, including its legal form and nature of business, period of operation, turnover, amount and structure of equity, liabilities and financing, principal sources of income and expenditure, number of employees, VAT registration status, customers and suppliers, related parties, international transactions, principal assets, and other material characteristics of the business and its key performance indicators (KPIs). The information provided is used to obtain an initial understanding of the business and its profile before the client is referred to a suitable commercial partner.
